Russia published information (in Russian) on the number of Esperanto speakers in Russia based on the results of 2021 census:

For clarity, the census has 2020 in its name because it was planned for 2020 but because of covid-19 pandemic it was actually conducted in 2021.
In that document you can see the number of speakers of various languages and how many people use them in their daily lives. The information is given for Russia and each province of Russia separately.
There are 753 Esperanto speakers (down from 992 in 2010), 3 Interlingua speakers, 3 Lojban speakers, 1 Ido speaker, 1 Slovio speaker in Russia. Among those 753 Esperanto speakers only 289 use it in their daily lives.
Using this information you can also calculate in which province of Russia concentration of Esperanto speakers is the highest.
